What do you wash?
Everyday laundry: clothes, underwear and socks, workout gear, towels, sheets, pillowcases and linens. Each order is washed on its own, never mixed with anyone else's.
What don't you wash?
Dry-clean-only items, leather and suede, shoes, rugs, and anything soaked in gasoline, oil, paint or chemicals. For bulky items like comforters or sleeping bags, ask first in the notes.
How is the weight measured?
We weigh your laundry dry, before washing, on a digital scale, and email you the weight and your total. You pay $2.25 per pound with a $35 minimum, so anything under about 15.5 lb is billed at $35.
How do I pay?
We send your total after we weigh your laundry. When we confirm your pickup by email, we tell you the payment options. There is nothing to pay when you book.
How fast do I get it back?
Usually within 2 days of pickup. We confirm your delivery window by email.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your bag on the porch or wherever you tell us in the notes, and we leave it back in the same spot.
